Thursday, October 3rd, presented by JPRO Online in partnership with Hadar: #EpicFail: When You Take the Risk and Nothing’s the Same
The risk of failure pervades almost every aspect of our lives. Some risks, like that recipe you want to try, are low-stakes. Others, like moving to a new home, starting a new work project, or asking for a raise may be EPIC. The Jewish tradition is filled with stories of #Epicfails. What can these stories teach us about approaching our own epic risks? What qualifies as failure and how should we respond when we fail? What would we do if we weren’t afraid of failure?
Kick off your new year with Rabbi Avi Strausberg of Hadar by diving into Jewish texts that are rife with #epicfails and asking yourself: What epic risks will I take this year?
