The Right Words Make Meetings More Creative
We often host meetings to review priorities, make decisions, or brief out status reports…which are all very necessary but often leave our coworkers and stakeholders feeling untapped and, dare I say, bored. What if we invited our participants to create and imagine with us?
Words — and the right activity — have the power to make our meetings more fulsome, generative, and divergent. In this workshop, you will learn facilitation techniques that deliberately invite creative thinking into the room. Together we’ll experience four modalities that you can incorporate in your strategic planning, teaming, volunteer, and fundraising gatherings.
