• You are responsible for program development or for leading planning processes with your board and/or team. 
• You are unsure about the best approach to effective brainstorming.  

This class is not for you if:

• You are interested in working collaboratively but are not responsible for bringing groups of professionals or lay leaders together.  
• You do not facilitate planning conversations or help to lead program development.
