Stay Fired Up Without Burning Out

The challenges of the past two years have rocked and stretched us in unimaginable ways. Jewish community professionals have felt this acutely, as we continue to work tirelessly to serve and support others. The challenge is that, even as this work is deeply gratifying, it is also very demanding. The good news: burnout is not inevitable! This Zoom In session is designed to help you take your role and organization to the next level without compromising your well-being, and will provide you with a roadmap for thriving at work even when facing many demands, continuous change, and the reality of our very full personal lives. You will learn:

  • Realistic ways to recharge and stay energized
  • The critical questions to ask when juggling competing priorities
  • Strategies for effectively setting boundaries while preserving important relationships
  • Why it is far more effective to manage your energy than your time

You will leave with an expanded ability to navigate stressful situations, face everyday challenges with perspective and humor, and bring energy and focus to your critical work.
