Nicole Nevarez (she/her) “helps things run better.” Be it organizational culture and functionality, personal or professional development or group dynamics, Nicole offers guidance, frames, reflections, feedback and tools to move people and processes forward. Nicole is a trainer, facilitator, coach, program designer and Jewish Educator. Currently, she serves as the Founding CEO of Ta’amod: Stand Up!, a multi-pronged initiative dedicated to fostering equity, safety, accountability and wellness in the Jewish communal workplace. Previous to her current role, Nicole served as New York Director for Moving Traditions, a national organization that applies a gender and Jewish lens to engage and empower healthy teens. Nicole has held multiple leadership and department head positions for local and National Jewish organizations and nonprofit NYC theaters. As a private coach to individual clients, she additionally provides independent consulting and coaching to mission-critical organizations to support them in reflecting their mission and values in internal processes and culture. A longtime Jewish educator, facilitator and spiritual seeker, Nicole combines her experience in theater with her years of teaching adolescents, facilitating groups, coaching and leading empowerment programs to develop and deliver dynamic and accessible content on a myriad of topics and with varied interactive modalities.
