Numerous studies have shown that stories “stick” in an audience’s mind long after they hear them, whereas data or opinions are quickly forgotten. Storytelling is an essential means of communication in non-profits for marketing as well as onboarding, presentations, networking, and more.
In this Master Class, you will learn a storytelling rubric backed by extensive research and recognizable in the most successful stories of our time. Participants will walk away with a tried-and-true framework to put stories to use in a variety of ways. While this is an online series, there will be experiential work woven into the sessions and into the homework given between sessions. There will be time to practice and receive feedback on each of the key pieces of learning.
