Audra P. Berg is Vice President, Leadership Engagement and Board Relations, at the Jewish United Fund/Jewish Federation of Metropolitan Chicago, where she oversees all aspects of governance and volunteer leadership development, involving hundreds of volunteer leaders throughout JUF and its agencies. She manages operations for JUF’s 90-member Board of Directors, and heads leadership engagement and talent development throughout the organization.
Audra has over fifteen years of leadership with JPRO and is thrilled to be the youngest woman and first non-CEO to serve as Board Chair, an accomplishment for which Audra is especially proud as she represents JUF among the top leadership in the Jewish community nationally.
Audra is a graduate of the University of Florida where she earned a bachelor’s degree in religion. She is an alumnus of the Wexner Heritage Program and is currently participating in the Wexner Foundation Leadership Development Skills summit at the Kennedy School at Harvard University.
Audra has been serving the Jewish community in professional leadership roles since 1995, including previous roles at JUF, United Jewish Communities, the 92nd Street Y and Advancing Women Professionals and the Jewish Community.
