Biography
Audra P. Berg has served the Jewish community in professional leadership roles for more than 25 years. Before joining the Jewish Federation of Broward County, she served as the Vice President of Leadership Engagement and Board Relations at the Jewish United Fund/Jewish Federation of Metropolitan Chicago. In this role, she oversaw all aspects of governance and volunteer leadership development. Audra managed operations for the Jewish United Fund’s Board of Directors, and spearheaded leadership engagement and talent development throughout the organization. Audra is the immediate past Board Chair of JPro, the professional association for those who work in Jewish organizations. With over 15 years of leadership on the JPro board, she remains dedicated to ensuring the growth and success of the next generation of professional leadership in the Jewish community.
Audra spent her formative years in Broward County, Florida. She is a graduate of the University of Florida where she earned a bachelor’s degree in religion. She is an alumnus of the Wexner Heritage Program and a graduate of the Wexner Foundation Leadership Development Skills summit at the Kennedy School at Harvard University. Audra has recently been accepted into the inaugural Leading Edge Leading Executives program, a successor to the CEO Onboarding program. She is a former board member of both The University of Florida Hillel and Temple Sholom in Chicago. Her family recently joined Temple Beth Emet in Cooper City, Florida.
