We live in an interdependent world. The stories we tell about ourselves and each other meet in both planned and unintentional ways. Sometimes these stories are synergistic and produce more than the sum of the parts. At other times, they bump into each other and cause conflict. In this experiential workshop, session participants will learn how to reduce destructive conflict and increase constructive disagreements by transforming the stories that guide their lives.
