Ilana Aisen (she/her) began her tenure at JPro in November of 2016. Prior to taking the helm, she served as Director of Experiential Education at UJA Federation of Greater Toronto. She was also part of the founding staff team at Repair the World and concluded her tenure there as Executive Vice President. A lifelong Jewish communal professional, Ilana started her career at American Jewish World Service, where she worked in a variety of program roles. Ilana holds Masters degrees in Nonprofit Management and Judaic Studies from New York University and was a Wexner Graduate Fellow/Davidson Scholar. Ilana lives in Toronto with a family that favors Boston sports teams, mediocre knock knock jokes, and paddle boarding on the loveliest lake in New Hampshire.
