Since the Hamas massacre on October 7 and subsequent outbreak of war, Jewish community professionals have faced many types of conflict. While navigating the new geopolitical reality, we have been confronted with various types of interpersonal conflict within our workplaces, necessitating new approaches to engaging in difficult conversations. For many, there is an additional layer of determining how to manage conflict while grappling with trauma. How can professionals in our communities maintain integrity around their beliefs and boundaries while also being in relationship with others who may take a different stance? What frameworks can we use to address interpersonal conflicts within our workplaces?

Join JPro on Monday, February 12, for a Zoom In panel conversation moderated by Gamal Palmer featuring Meredith Bliss, Dr. Keren Fraiman, Rabbi Dr. Joshua Ladon, and Dr. Deitra Reiser, to explore conflict management in Jewish communal workplaces and frameworks we can use as we continue to navigate the crisis in Israel.
