Annie Lumerman (she/her) serves as the Chief Operating Officer at Sefaria, where her role spans diverse responsibilities. Before joining Sefaria, Annie founded Generate Change, a nonprofit consulting practice focused on supporting startups. Her professional journey includes serving as the founding Director of Jewish Programming at Sixth & I Historic Synagogue and working in the development department at the US Holocaust Memorial Museum. Having benefited from years of mentoring and coaching herself, Annie is excited to help professionals think beyond the job description and innovate. A graduate of Washington University in St. Louis, Annie currently resides in Washington, DC with her family.
